Principal’s Message

Education is about developing one’s personality and life skills, not about gaining knowledge. This is an uplifting process of development. We, at

M.L.R.S. College of Education focus on discovering, developing and drawing out the hidden talents and the magic lying dormant inside all of its students. Every student’s individual growth is important to our college. We use a “mentor system” in which every class is integrated into a teacher’s multifaceted network. We place a high value on our students’ moral character, cognitive growth, and behavioral discipline. The Center for Women Empowerment, Yoga Club, Eco Club, Red Ribbon Club, Career Guidance Cell, and Placement Cell provide comprehensive services for our students’ multifaceted development. With incredibly creative faculty, our teachers work hard to impart not only academic programs but also life skills necessary for students’ personal growth.

Perseverance and a never-say-die attitude are ingrained in every student’s heart, making them not only excellent teachers but also exceptional human beings, , regardless of their level of academic performance or extracurricular involvement. In the fast-paced world of today, a 360-degree development and grooming is very important. We are fostering an environment on our campus for future leaders , academicians and professionals with aptitudes and skills across a wide range of functional disciplines.

I am very pleased with the college’s progress in instilling value-based education in its students through modern teaching-learning methods, resulting in a generation of well-informed and emotionally sound individuals. I am confident that in the future, we will carry on with even more zeal and consistently offer the next generation of learners a platform for holistic learning.
